Ordering

We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurately described and would point out that any measurements given are approximate.  Obviously the colours shown in the images are as accurate as current technology allows and may vary depending on individual computer settings.

We reserve the right to alter descriptions and images from time to time and you will be informed if any of these changes affect any products which you may have ordered.

Payment

Payment is secure through PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account - simply add your credit or debit card details.  This site does not have access to your payment details.

By placing an order you are agreeing to pay the full amount requested for the goods.  Our obligation is to send the goods to you as soon as your payment is cleared.  Goods are sent out within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).  However, our aim is to send goods out as quickly as possible since stock is usually available for immediate despatch.  If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will let you know immediately.  You are welcome to contact us at any time (email enquiries preferred) if you need to check the status of your order.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations if the delay or failure is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Security & Privacy

Harmony Jewellery does not disclose customer details to any third party without the express permission of the customer and will only store your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  Any paper documentation which we may receive which includes any contact or personal information will only be used for the completion of your order and will be shredded once complete.

All payments are directed through PayPal and we do not have access to any of your payment details.
