UK mainland orders are send by Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded signed for'

Please note that Royal Mail do not offer compensation for jewellery items and, therefore we are unable to accept responsibility for replacement of items lost in the post unless 'compensated option' is chosen at the checkout.  However, we will assist in tracking lost items.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee (except for earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged).  Should you wish to return anything, please contact us first by email and we will email instructions.  Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

We take great care to ensure that goods are in good condition.  However, if you receive anything that is damaged, please contact us immediately.  Unfortunately,  we cannot accept damaged returns later than the specified returns period as damage could be due to carelessness.  Again, the items must be in their original packaging.

We will issue a full refund, on receipt, excluding the original (if any) and subsequent Postage & Packaging charges.
